Waterproof
The most important property of polyamide is its completely waterproof shielding of the electronics. The material’s good adhesion to many different plastics prevents leaks. Even after long-term use, the waterproof shielding remains intact.
Chemical resistance
Electronics are increasingly used in ‚difficult‘ places. Contact with various chemical products is inevitable. The polyamide used by Sperring B.V. is resistant to many aggressive chemicals.
Temperature changes
Hotmelt is resistant to large temperature fluctuations. Cast-in material can operate between -40 °C and +150 °C.
